This policy applies to CapitalMe subscriptions sold by CaptialMe, with Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record.
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for your first payment and for any renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or email CapitalMeEmail@gmail.com and we'll help.
Free accounts and cancelling
Core account benefits are free, with no trial or payment card required. Advanced is $25/month. You can cancel Advanced any time from Plans → Manage billing; you keep Advanced access until the end of the period you paid for, then continue with your free account.
